Service — Ecommerce

Ecommerce for brands selling direct

A store you own outright — catalogue, checkout, stock, promotions, and settlement in one place, with an admin console the person doing the work can run without calling a developer. You keep the customer data and the margin.

What you get

  • Products, orders, and customer accounts
  • Payment gateway integration
  • Stock control and shipping management
  • Promotions, coupons, and campaign pricing
  • An admin console for day-to-day operations
  • Reporting and settlement figures

What clients tell us before they hire anyone

Marketplace fees and lock-in are eating the margin.

Your own store keeps the customer list, the analytics, and the margin on your side of the table. We also tell you honestly when your volume does not yet justify leaving the marketplace.

A campaign spike will take down checkout.

Carts, checkout, and stock counts are designed for the moment traffic arrives all at once, so stock does not drift out of sync and payments do not fail under load.

Stock and settlement are still spreadsheets.

Orders, inventory, and promotions move into an admin console built around how your team actually works, so the daily operation stops depending on one person and one file.

How the work runs

  1. 01

Model the catalogue and the money

Products, options, stock, and settlement are decided first, because a data model that cannot grow is the most expensive thing to fix later.

  2. 02

A working preview, if it helps

One key screen — usually the product page or checkout — deployed to a URL you open, before any contract or deposit.

  3. 03

    A fixed quote

An itemized scope of work, milestones with dates, and a fixed price, with payment integration and shipping rules named explicitly.

  4. 04

    Storefront and admin together

The admin console is built alongside the storefront rather than bolted on at the end, and your operations lead reviews it while there is still time to change it.

  5. 05

    Launch, migrate, hand over

Existing products, customers, and orders move across, redirects are mapped so search rankings survive the switch, and the code and accounts transfer to you.

How long it takes

Commerce builds are scoped individually — catalogue size, payment provider, and shipping rules move the number far more than page count does. The quote states the timeline milestone by milestone before you commit.

What it costs

Most projects fall between $1,500 and $6,000, fixed price. A catalogue store built on our existing commerce components sits at the lower end; custom checkout logic, stored-credit or subscription billing, and settlement reporting sit at the upper end.

Common questions

Which payment providers have you integrated?

Toss Payments, a Korean gateway, including a stored-credit model with coupons and refunds — that one is running in production on our own product. Tell us which processor you plan to use and we will say plainly whether we have shipped with it before.

Should we just use a hosted platform instead?

Sometimes, and we will say so. Hosted platforms open faster and cost less to start; a custom store wins when you need checkout logic, data ownership, or integrations the platform will not give you. We tell you which side of that line you are on before you commit to a build.

Can you migrate our existing store?

Yes. Products, customers, and order history move across, and we map redirects from the old URLs so the search rankings you have already earned survive the switch.

Who owns the store when it is finished?

You do. Source code, design files, the domain, and hosting accounts all transfer to you on final payment.
