What clients tell us before they hire anyone
We have a specification but no idea what to build first.
We give you a feasibility read before the quote: what is buildable at your budget, what should wait, and what is not worth building at all. That conversation happens before you commit money, not after.
We are afraid of ending up with half a product.
The scope is fixed in writing and the build is cut into milestones you review as working software in your own browser. If you stop midway, you keep everything delivered up to that point, including the code.
Once it launches, nobody will look after it.
Handover includes documentation written for the next developer, not just a repository link. A monthly care arrangement is available afterwards if you want us to stay on, and it is optional either way.

Feasibility read
We say plainly what can be built at your budget and timeline, and where the hard parts are. If the honest answer is that the idea needs to be smaller first, that is the answer you get.

A working preview, if it helps
One key screen from your brief, deployed to a URL you open, before any contract or deposit. It is faster to judge a screen than a document.
- 03
A fixed quote, phase by phase
An itemized scope, milestones with dates, and a fixed price. Larger applications are quoted one phase at a time so you can stop or change direction between phases.

Build the foundations, then the surface
Accounts, permissions, data model, and the admin console go in early, because retrofitting them is where projects usually break. You review a working build at every milestone.

Launch and handover
Deployment, server setup, and a handover of source code, documentation, and accounts on final payment.
How long it takes
Feature-heavy platforms usually run two to four months. Where it helps, we propose shipping the core first and adding the rest in phases, so something real is in front of your users while the remainder is still being built.
What it costs
Most projects fall between $1,500 and $6,000, fixed price. When an application is larger than that band, we scope it in phases and quote each phase separately — you see a working release at the end of each one and decide whether to continue. No hourly billing at any point.

Common questions
Can you integrate with our existing systems?
We have shipped integrations with payment providers, external APIs, and existing databases. We start by looking at what you already have and propose the safest route across. If your provider is one we have not worked with, we will say so rather than find out on your budget.
What if the core turns out not to be feasible?
You hear it before you commit. The feasibility read comes before the quote, and we would rather lose the project than take a deposit for something we do not believe can ship.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, design files, the domain, and hosting accounts all transfer to you on final payment.
What happens if we find a bug after launch?
Every quote defines revision rounds and acceptance criteria up front. Bugs found within 30 days of acceptance are fixed at no charge, and monthly care plans are available after that.
