Service — Corporate websites
Corporate websites for startups and small teams
A company site is judged in about three seconds, and almost none of that time goes to the visuals. We map the route from arrival to enquiry first, then put the design on top of it — so the page that looks right is also the page that converts.
What you get
- Responsive layouts for desktop and mobile
- Performance work so the first screen arrives fast
- Search fundamentals: metadata, sitemap, structured data
- An enquiry form wired to the inbox you actually read
- An optional content editor, so you can change copy and images yourself
- A first-year maintenance arrangement, if you want one
What clients tell us before they hire anyone
We paid for a site once, and then the agency went quiet.
The person who builds it is the person who answers you — there is no account manager in between and no subcontractor downstream. On final payment the source code, design files, domain, and hosting accounts transfer to you, so nothing is held hostage.
It looked good, but nobody got in touch.
Pretty is not the problem. The structure is: where the enquiry lives, what a visitor has to believe before they use it, and how many screens sit between the two. That gets decided before any visual work starts.
We do not show up when people search for us.
Metadata, sitemap, structured data, and a page structure search engines can actually read are part of the build rather than a later upsell. We cannot promise a ranking, but we can make sure nothing technical is standing in the way of one.
How the work runs
- 01
Brief and a real reply
Send two sentences or a full specification. You get questions, our read on what is feasible, and a price band within one business day — not a calendar link.
- 02
A working preview, if it helps
One key screen built from your brief and deployed to a URL you open, before any contract or deposit. Usually three to five business days. We take on a limited number of these each month; if we are full, the reply says so.
- 03
A fixed quote
An itemized scope of work, milestones with dates, and a fixed price. No hourly billing, no open-ended line items.
- 04
Structure, then design, then build
Information architecture and the route to the enquiry come first; the visual system goes on top. You review at each milestone in the browser, not in a deck.
- 05
Launch and handover
We deploy, check performance and search basics on the live domain, and hand over the code, files, and accounts.
How long it takes
Most corporate sites run two to four weeks including your review rounds. Page count and functionality move that number more than design does, and the quote states the timeline milestone by milestone before you commit.
What it costs
Most projects fall between $1,500 and $6,000, fixed price. A defined set of pages built on our existing component kit sits at the lower end; a bespoke design system, custom motion work, and a content editor sit at the upper end. Whichever end you land on, the number is fixed before the work starts.

Common questions
Can we edit the site ourselves afterwards?
Yes. Source code and documentation are handed over so any developer can pick it up, and we can add a content editor so your team changes copy and images without touching code.
How do you decide the scope?
We start from what you actually need and say so when a feature is not worth building. You get a fixed quote with an itemized scope before anything starts, so the number cannot quietly grow later.
Who owns the finished site?
You do. Source code, design files, the domain, and hosting accounts all transfer to you on final payment.
We are in a different time zone. How does that work?
Seoul runs ahead of the US and Europe, so a brief sent at the end of your day lands at the start of ours. We work async-first — email and shared documents, so every decision and preview is in writing — and take calls by appointment, with US mornings working well for us.
Tell us what the site has to do, and we will tell you what it takes to get there — including a working screen you can judge before any contract.
